Brandon Lee was a rising movie star starring in The Crow when he was shot dead during the filming of an action sequence.
The 28 year old son of Bruce Lee was tipped for Hollywood stardom when a faulty prop claimed his life.

Joi ‘SJ’ Harris
Stuntwoman Joi ‘SJ’ Harris was involved in a fatal motorcycle crash during the filming of Deadpool in 2017.
The accomplished stunt actress was shooting a scene at Shaw Tower in Vancouver, when she lost control and crashed into a plate glass window.
Due to the script, SJ was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash and died age 40.
